SPR# YDEN95BDY5 - Enhancement Request: Provide a notes.ini (HTTPScrubCookies=1) that will obfuscate with asterisks cookie values (not cookie names) when logging to any of these 3 locations:
1) HTTP thread logs enabled via 'tell http debug thread all'.
2) ASCII access logs enabled via the NAB.
3) Logging to domlog.nsf database.
