SPR# KAE4AFCFV - Fix problem where preview of a document is not refreshed after modifying the document.

Problem:
Switch to another document in the view and then switch back to the document.
The additional information appears now. This issue was reported to Lotus
Quality Engineering, and was addressed in Notes 5.0.3 Client.
