Statistics
SPR# GCAR64UJNE - Removed an unnecessary governor which would stop task
statistics from being updated when the number of server tasks reached 2000.

The "hung" alerts are generated because Domino returns an invalid (outdated)
timestamp value that is >24 hours old. The root cause was determined to be that
the Domino task statistics were updating once the server exceeded 2000 database
server threads.
