SPR# AHOE88WQU4 - During the save of the .nlo files, users can not access any attachements stored in .nlo files. The fix will add the attribute QPOL_ALWCKPWRT to the .nlo file and add "SAVACT(*YES) SAVACTOPT(*ALWCKPWRT)" to the SAVBRM command.
