SPR# JCOS63R2AQ - Profile documents with calendar settings were deleted from the mail database when attempting to archive. Fixed profile notes with compact -A and the Notes.ini variable COMPACT_FIX_ARCH_PROF=1. This regression was introduced in 6.5.1.

Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR #JCOS63R2AQ and was fixed
in Notes R6.0.5 and 6.5.4.

Archive
SPR# JCOS63R2AQ - Profile documents with calendar settings were deleted from
the mail database when attempting to archive. Fixed profile notes with compact
-A and the Notes.ini variable COMPACT_FIX_ARCH_PROF=1. This regression was
introduced in 6.5.1.

TO REPRODUCE

1. Register a new user and create a new mail database based on the Notes R5.0.3
template.

2. Give the new user access to create databases on the server.

3. Switch to the new user ID and create a Location Document with the correct
mail server.

4. Go to the Welcome page and open the mail database from the Welcome page link.

5. Go to Calendar Preferences and change something in the Free Time settings.

6. Check with NotesPeek to see that the CalendarProfile was created.

7. Close the database.

8. Go to the Welcome page and open the mail database from the Welcome page link.

9. From the Actions menu, choose Archive --> Archive Now, and click Yes to the
confirming message.

10. Check with NotesPeek to see that the CalendarProfile is gone.

11. Click Yes at the message, "Archiving is not enabled. Would you like to
modify the archive settings?"

12. In the Archive settings, on the Advanced panel, manually change "My
workstation" from Local to Mail Server. Leave all other defaults and click OK.

Result: Check with NotesPeek to see that the CalendarProfile is deleted.
