SPR# LAMY7NCV7E - R8 Standard Client mail database using the R8 design template, if you go to File -> Application -> Properties and change the Database Title, the name on the mail tab in the Notes Client does not change. If you perform this same operation in the Basic R8 Client, or if you are in either client but using a mail file with a pre-R8 design template, or if you are in a pre-R8 Client, the name on the mail tab does change to match what has been specified for the Database Title in the Properties dialog box.

In the R8 Standard Client with a mail database using the R8 design template, if you go to More -> Preferences -> "Mail" tab -> "Basics" subtab and change the value for the Owner field and save the change, the name on the mail tab does change to match.

Added a ini UseDbNameAsTabTitle. If UseDbNameAsTabTitle=1 in notes.ini user will see the database title in the tab instead of owner name. The change is reflected after reopneing the database.
