SPR# MPAA9J2D67 - Server - Router - Changed Router handling of a fully quoted internet address of the form "user@domain.com" to reparse the address after stripping the quotes, allowing delivery to that user. If inbound SMTP messages with addresses of that form are not desired, enable SMTPSTRICT821ADDRESSSYNTAX=1
