SPR# KKIY54ALXU - Fixed a problem where adding Sametime or QuickPlace from Operation Navigator will not launch *HTTPSETUP

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Domino Quality Engineering and has been
addressed in Domino release 5.0.10.
The Sametime web setup process is attempting to connect to a Domino server on
your system called *HTTPSETUP but is unable to connect because *HTTPSETUP is
not started.
This is a known problem in Operations Navigator. *HTTPSETUP should be started
automatically when you select Add Sametime.
You can circumvent this problem by starting *HTTPSETUP manually. Right-click on
*HTTPSETUP and select start:
Once *HTTPSETUP has started, try again to add Sametime to your Domino server.
