SPR# DSCK5JEMZA - This fix enforces the following restrictions on Adminp use of file copy and disk space check:
1. Adminp will no longer use direct copy to create replicas in a non-clustered environment because not all replica's in a non-clustered environment are exactly the same (due to replication formulas and reader fields).
2. The disk space check is no longer done when the 'Create Replica' request is processed because the replica stub created may not be populated with all the notes from the source (due to replication formulas and reader fields).
3. Adminp will not use direct copy to create an RE/FWD indicator enabled DB on a pre-6.03 server.
4. Adminp will not use direct copy to create an SCT enabled DB on a destination server unless the SCT template exists on the destination.

Problem:
This issue has been reported to Lotus software Quality Engineering, and is
currently under investigation. To date, the only workaround known is to not use
the AdminP to create new replicas of databases that utilize Readers fields
which do not include the destination server. Create these replicas manually
using the File, Replication, New Replica menu sequence.
