SPR# STAA7TQDEF - The configuration settings: [Basics] - [International MIME Settings for this document] and [MIME] - [Conversion Options] - [Inbound] - [Use character set auto-detection if message has no character set information] are not enforced when group name is set in the [Group or server name] field in the configuration settings document. New Notes.ini MIMECheckGroupOnServerConfigEnable=1 needs to be set to enable this fix.
