SPR # MALZ5PAFZQ | Fixed in 6.0.4 release | Regression in 5.0.11 |

Product Area: Server Technical Area: Clusters Platform: Cross Platform
SPR# MALZ5PAFZQ - In R5 clustered server configurations, busytime records for users may mysteriously disappear overnight. This problem was identified as a clustering issue whereby a clustermate temporarily loses track of who their clustermates really are and thus mistakenly flags busytime records belonging to the clustermate as invalid and thus deletable from busytime. For R6, there were significant changes to the server clustering feature that seem to have resolved this problem. This regression was introduced in 5.0.11 and fixed in 6.0.4 and 6.5.1.

Technote Number: 1114324

Problem:
This issue has been addressed in Domino 6.5.1. Please note that all servers in
the cluster environment MUST be upgraded to 6.5.1.
As a workaround customers can use the following Notes.ini parameter:
SCHEDULE_NO_CLUSTERCACHE=1
This will force the Schedule Manager not to use the cluster cache when doing
validation.
Note: Once you have added this line to the Notes.ini the Domino Server must be
restarted in order for it to take effect.
