SPR# BRISCS6KG8 - Server - SMTP - Provided a new statistic - SMTP.Sessions.Inbound.Negotiated.SSL - to count the number of inbound sessions on port 25 that were negotiated to SSL using STARTTLS. This value is also added to the SMTP.Sessions.Inbound.Total.SSL statistic.
