SPR# PACY82AJH7 - Prior to this fix, the Notes.ini file was reverted to the old version when removing an 8.5.1 Hot Fix or Fix Pack. To remove a Hot Fix or Fix Pack, the installer is run to revert to the previous version. During the remove process, all files are restored from the backup directory. The Notes.ini file was included in the backup directory.
