SPR# LBLU784FL4 - Fixed a problem where a dialog with the error message "Design Replace Failed,Cannot write or create file(file or disk is read-only)" will be displayed after selecting 'Application/Replace Design...' on a newly created database with non-admin user from (has read-only permission) after installing the Notes client.
