SPR# DKENDKNJZ6 - Server - Security - Federated Login with OIDC fails when using ID Vault names with space characters. This fix enables admins to configure a Vault scope in idpcat.nsf with underscore characters instead of space characters to avoid this problem. Supporting vault names with space characters only requires this fix to be deployed on vault servers. Federated Login with OIDC also fails when using vault servers with org names that contain a country code, such as CN=MyVaultServer/O=MyOrg/C=IN, as they introduce a '/' character into the required vault scope and audience. This fix explicitly urlencodes the vault scope and audience to support '/' characters. Supporting Vault servers with country codes requires also installing this fix on Domino HTTP servers.
