SPR# BAKH3RLHYC, BAKH3RJN5B - Added functionality to determine if the existing Directory Assistance Replica has become unavailable while the server is up and running, and if so, to work to find the next available replica. There will be short time interval on the server for failover to finish occurring, even though the first client request will return immediately.
