SPR# XFJI6LVBWL - If the background color of an action bar was set to "none", it will be changed to "white" after DXL import. The importer was failing to set the ACTION_BAR_FLAG_TRANS_BUTTONS flag when the color was set to none. Setting this flag when the color attribute is none fixes the problem reported.
