You can give people access to your calendar, so they can manage your schedule and accept or decline meetings for you. You can also give people access to manage your mail, contacts, and to dos.

In Notes, you can give people access to your calendar, so they can manage your schedule and accept or decline meetings for you.

To give someone access, open preferences and go to the Access and Delegation section.
Click File -> Preferences, or on Mac Lotus Notes -> Preferences, click Mail, and then click Access and Delegation.

Add the person or people you’d like to give access to.
Click Add, and enter the person’s name

Select which components they can manage, and which tasks they are allowed to do.

To give someone full access to schedule and reschedule meetings for you, give that person access to read, create, edit, and delete.
Select Calendar, To Do and Contacts.

Select Read, edit, create, delete any document, send mail, enable Out-of-Office.

As a bonus, you can also have your meeting invitations forwarded to that person.

If a meeting is marked as private, you can choose how much information is shown.
Under Automatic Forwarding, select I am the chair and I am a participant.

In the For notices associated with calendar entries I have marked as private, select Forward without private details.

Save the preference. That person can now manage your calendar for you!
Click OK.
