Mark text with a highlight color to call attention to text. Note that you must be in a rich-text field to add highlights.

About this task

Put the document in Edit mode, and then do any of the following:

Task	Action
Turn on or off the highlight feature	Click the highlight toolbar icon - - or click Text > Highlighter > Use color Highlighter.
Highlight text	Drag your mouse from right to left over the highlighted text.
Erase highlight from text	Drag your mouse from left to right over the highlighted text Note: You must have the highlight feature turned on to remove a highlight.
