How do I change my email address that is used as SmartCloud for Social Business login ID?
In order to change the email address, you will need to contact your t you have a password to access this email. LotusLive will send important emails to your new email account and you will need to access them in order to complete the change process.
Once your Administrator adds the new email address to your account, the service will send an email to your old email account notifying you that your login email address has been changed.
